1. Are our products safe for all skin types?

Yes. Our products are Dermatologist Tested and FDA approved. Moreover formulated to be gentle, skin-friendly & suitable for most skin types, including sensitive skin. However, we always recommend a patch test before full use.

2. Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Yes. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, you can request a return within 7 days. Please ensure you record an unboxing video from the moment you open the package—this helps us process your replacement or refund quickly.

3.How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually delivered within 7–10 working days, depending on your location. You will receive tracking updates as soon as your order is shipped.

4.Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, they cannot be cancelled, but you can request a return if applicable under our return policy.

5.Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders above ₹1,000 across India — no hidden charges. 

6. What payment methods do you accept?

We support UPI, cards, net banking, and leading wallets for seamless checkout. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at the moment.
